Ko Wai Mātou
Te Ohomauri Innovations is dedicated to empowering wāhine by revitalising indigenous knowledge and practices. We strive to be responsive to the ever-changing needs of wāhine for our future generations.
Our Ingoa
Te Ohomauri Innovations represents the awakening of mauri and potential within.
Our ingoa reflects our vision to empower wāhine whether creating frameworks for empowerment, facilitating connection and healing, or addressing immediate needs in our community.
The ingoa “TOI” is not only an acronym for Te Ohomauri Innovations, but symbolises the sacred vines from the heavens and the many pathways to wellness. These sacred vines represent the interconnectedness of life, weaving together knowledge, resilience, and empowerment for wāhine.
Our logo represents the heart of our kaupapa
The Moko kauae embodies the mana, essence and leadership of wāhine.
The Koru represent TOI and the many pathways to wellness, growth, and renewal
The Mangopare reflects the strength, resilience, and determination wāhine embrace as they navigate the cycles of te whare tangata.
Together, these elements weave a powerful visual narrative of courage, empowerment, and connection, guiding wāhine throughout their journey in the TOI WāHine Framework.
