Our wānanga are spaces where wāhine come together to reconnect, share kōrero and strengthen their mauri.

These gatherings create room to pause, reflect and support one another through the different seasons of life.

Our wānanga may include:

• kōrero in circle
• grounding and reflection
• creative practices
• shared kai and connection

Each gathering is shaped by the wāhine who attend.

During wānanga we do not teach the framework as theory.
Instead, we practise the movements through reflection, creativity, and shared kōrero.
Many wāhine continue this journey through He Moko Puna.
