This wānanga has been created for wāhine experiencing mental distress, emotional overwhelm, hormonal change, and the wider shifts of ruahinetanga.
Together we will explore practical tools, cultural understanding, and embodied practices to support wāhine through this transition.
Day One – Intergenerational Healing & Understanding
Open to Māmā, Daughters, and Hāpū Māmā

The role of wāhine across generations
Birth, whare tangata, and intergenerational experiences
How trauma, stress, and disconnection move through whakapapa
Supporting mothers and daughters through healing together

Hormonal shifts and emotional wellbeing
Nervous system regulation
Metabolic and lifestyle supports
Practical ways to ease mental distress in everyday life
Day Three – Integration & Release
