Awakening Your Mauri

(Digital Wānanga)

TOI WāHine is a way of being, here you are encouraged to explore practices such as breath, sound and reflection to create you way.

What is mauri

Mauri is the living essence within you.

It is what gives life to your body, your breath, your thoughts, and your presence.

It cannot be separated from you it is you in a living state.

Why this matters

  • Your mauri is always responding.

  • When it is steady, you feel clear, grounded, and able to move with intention.

  • When it is unsettled, it can show up as tension, overwhelm, or disconnection.

This wānanga supports you to recognise what is happening within your mauri and learn how to bring it back into balance.
