TOI WāHine Framework

Empowering wāhine to awaken their mauri and restore balance.

The TOI WāHine Framework is a culturally grounded model designed to guide wāhine through transformational journeys of self-discovery, empowerment, and wellbeing. Inspired by the kōrero of our mana wāhine speakers at the Ruahine Menopause Empowerment Symposium this framework weaves mātauranga Māori and intuitive practices to create meaningful, culturally grounded experiences.

“Swinging through the trees”

A reminder that to embrace the future, we must courageously let go of one branch to grasp another, embodying adaptability and growth.

Acknowledgment & Dedication

This framework is lovingly dedicated to my nannies,

Heraraumiria Te Hau and Hinerangi Te Paea Corbett, whose values of tika, pono, and aroha continue to guide this work.

Ka ora te wahine, ka ora te whānau, ka ora te hapū, ka ora te iwi

When women are cherished, wellness flows to family, community, and the tribe.
