As your explore Te Pō, use the journal prints to help notice patterns, beliefs, emotions and experiences that may be influencing your wellbeing. Write freely and trust what arises.

Return to your Puna

Before you begin your reflection return to your puna for guidance.

Whakapapa Uiā

As you look across your whakapapa, notice the patterns, values, beliefs and relationships that have shaped you your and your whānau.

When you are ready write your reflections in your journal.

Release what no longer serves you.

Let it move through you.

Return to your Ukutangi.

Use breath and sound to release.

When the release has settled,

Clarity will begin to emerge.

As you step into Te Ao Maram, notice the space created through what you have released. Return to your journal and reflect on what now feels lighter, clearer or more aligned.
